Schweinefleisch süß-sauer auf Chinkiang Art - Rezept auf Deutsch
鎮江糖醋排骨
材料:4人份量
- 腩排500克
- 醃料: 生抽1茶匙,喼汁1茶匙,茄汁1茶匙,米酒2茶匙,糖2茶匙,生粉1茶匙,鹽1/4茶匙
- 糖醋汁料: 黃片糖半片(50克),鎮江醋2湯匙,老抽2湯匙,水1湯匙
- 將腩排洗淨及抹乾水份,切成厚件後與醃料拌勻, 醃約30分鐘。
- 打碎片糖,然後與其他汁料拌勻備用。
- 預熱小鍋子,下油爆香腩排,把表面略煎至甘香,然後注入糖醋汁料。當汁沸騰後便蓋上蓋子,轉底火炆約半小時,其間偶爾翻動腩排。
- 當炆至汁濃及腩排入味後,便可盛碟享用。
